This waste tires block cutter is used to cut end-of-life off-the-road (OTR) tires into rubber chips. It can also cut high pressure oil hose into small chips directly.
When the waste off-the-road (OTR) tires is cut into rubber strips, it comes into this block cutter to be further cut into rubber chips.
Unlike the waste tyre dual shaft shredder, this machine can cut the tyre strip from any size of waste off-the-road (OTR) tires.
The waste off-the-road (OTR) tires rubber chips made by this machine can be fed to rasper or cracker mill directly to make further size reduction to wire free rubber mulch. As per the market demand, it can be fed to rubber granulator to make rubber granules further, which can be used for making rubber tiles, or artificial turf.
Owing to the high quality and high percentage of nature rubber in waste OTR tyres, the best application is for making reclaim rubber. Just feed the rubber chips to cracker mill plant, and make 20 mesh rubber powder, which can be used for making high quality reclaim rubber. This is the major application of the rubber powder from off-the-road (OTR) tires in China.
