TopsRecycling
One of the biggest challenges for mining companies in the world is dealing with scrap end-of-life off-the-road (OTR) tires.
Tops Recycling, a leader of waste tyre recycling solution provider, knows this very well. Our engineers have visited many mining companies in China and seen mining sites with tires stacked four high as far as your eyes can see. And these tires, most often left to rot in the sun.
With the request of mining companies and waste tyres recycler, after many years research and experience, TopsRecycling has developed a very efficient way to cut end-of-life off-the-road (OTR) tires into rubber chips at a very economic way.
The first step is cut the end-of-life off-the-road (OTR) tires tyre into three pieces (two pieces of tyre sides and one center portion by OTR WASTE TYRE SIDE WALL CUTTER.
When the end-of-life off-the-road (OTR) tires is cut into those three pieces, it will be much easier for the waste tyre collector to pick up and transport.
Or it can be cut into rubber chips on site by our waste OTR tyre strip cutter & block cutter.
No. | Items | Description |
1 | Maximum Tire Size | 59/80R63 |
2 | Motor Power | 22.5 Kw |
3 | Working capacity | 2~4 Tires / Hour |
4 | Life of cutting blade | 15~20 Tires |
5 | Figure Dimension | 6000mm×6000mm×4000mm |
1. Economical investment
2. High efficient of cutting waste OTR tyres, it cut both tyre sides at one time
3. Reliable performance
4. Maintenance friendly
5. Low running cost
Load the waste OTR on the tyre side wall cutting machine
Start the machine to cut both side wall off
Remove the two tyre sides from the tyre crown
A: For the convenience of operating, it was placed in a pit underground.
A: One person only
A: By crane or forklift
A: Take the tyre size of 59/80R63 as example, the cutting process itself takes 3 to 5 minutes only. Plus the loading and unloading, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to cut one tyre. Therefore, about two tyres per hour in average. The actual cutting efficiency depends on the operator
A: Two blades only. One blade to cut the upper side, the other blade to cut the down side of the tyre wall.
A: It can cut 10 to 15 tyres for the tyre size of 59/80R63 (about 50 to 80 tons tyre chips). For smaller tyres size, more numbers.
