This fully automatic waste tyre cutting machine is used to cut waste tyres into rubber blocks. This is a most important and first step in waste tyre recycling plant.
The output of waste tyre rubber chips can be used as TDF Tyre derived fuel, or feed stock of waste tyre pyrolyssis plant, or reduce its size further to rubber mulch, rubber granules, or rubber powder etc.
It is a very serious alternative machine to two shafts shredder, but has many advanges over two shafts tyre shredder.
This machine is consist of the below 3 major parts:
A. Electric Control Panel
B. Automatic Rubber Strip Cutter
It mainly consists of:
1. Hydraulic station;
2. Electrical motor;
3. Gear box;
4. Cutting blades;
5. Auto feeding cylinder etc.
C. Rubber block cutters
It mainly consists of
1. Electrical motors; 2. Pullys and belts; 3. Feeding devices;
4. Cutting blades and rotor; 5. Unloading conveyor belts

3. Low power consumtion. Total installed power is 39 kW only. The actual power consumption is only about 40% of the installed power.
4. Size of the output rubber chips can be easily adjusted on the machine itself without adding or changing any spare parts
5. The maintenance cost is very low.
6. Size and shape of the rubber chips are in good consistency, it is very good and friendly for next processing machines.
Input --- Waste Tyre Cutting Halves
This tyres halves are cut by tyre slitting machine, and used as the feedstock of the automatic waste tyre chips cutting machine.
Apart from above, it can also be fed to shred to improve the capacity of shredder, and reduces it's electricity load.
For waste tyre traders, if the tyres are cut to those halves, they can be easily piled up with hour hydraulic baler to save the shipping space.
Waste Tyre Rubber blocks Cutting Machine
This machine cuts tyres halves into rubber blocks and only the tyre bead is remaining as shown above.
The size of rubber blocks are adjustable easily in situ on the machine itself without adding or changing any spare parts to range from 30×30mm to 100×100mm
It can cut any size of Lorry tyres, truck tyres, bus tyres, and passenger tyres.
Out put --- Waste Tyre Chips, TDF
The out put tyre chips are consistent in size, and with clean edges. It can be easily used as TDF for cement plant, power plant etc.
Owing to its good consistency in size, it is very good for feedstock of waste tyre pyrolysis plant.
If take this tyre chips as feedstocks to rasper or cracker mill, the capacity of those machines will be improved substantially.
