DHK dual hook debeader is used to pull out the bead wire from waste tyres. When the tyre bead of waste tyre is taken out before feeding into shredder, the working load force of the shredder will be relieved, and the shredder capacity will be greatly increased. The most vital importance is that the working life of shredder blades will be prolonged substantially.
Working Process of DHK Dual Hook Debeader in Waste Tyre Recycling Plant
Step 1
Feed the waste tyre into the waste tyre bead wire removing machine as above picture shows
Step 2
Push the "Start" Button to take both bead wires from waste tyres out
Output
The output of debeaded tyres can be fed to shredder direction for further size reduction

This DHK double hook debeader mainly consists of motor, gear box, transmission gears, round hooks, cross-hole plate, support boards, pedestal, bearings sets, rolling shelf and control panel etc.

It removes both beads from waste tires at one time.
It requires one operator only
It is very friendly to the environment and operator, no noise, and no pollution.
It is very convenience for maintenance. Only requires bearing lubrication, and simple alloy welding when the hook get worn.
Low energy consumption. The total installed motor power is 15 kW, but the actual power consumption is about 30% to 40% of the rated power only.
High efficiency: it takes about 10 to 15 seconds only to remove both beads from one tyre.
