This cracker mill is a very important and very efficient machine in waste tyre recycling plant. ⑤.The gear box adopts the top Chinese brand PINGYAO XINKAI with the warrantee of one year. The actual working life is more than 5 years. This gearbox has double row of gears for higher strength and longer life.
⑥. The bearing adopts the top Chinese brand of ZWZ from Wafangdian in Harbin city, with the warrantee of one year. The actual working life is more than 5 years.
⑦. The bearing is automatically lubricated by grease pump as per the presetting pumping frequency. Moreover, the temperature of the bearings is also monitored timely. So, the life of bearings will be guaranteed
⑧. The whole system is equipped with PLC control system.
The touch screen and PLC are in Siemense brand, the low voltage switch gears are top Chinese brand, or internation top brand as per the buyer's request.
